Conducted site investigations, field surveys, and technical evaluations to support the design of high-priority sidewalk repairs. Prepared a Technical Memorandum documenting repair recommendations, ADA compliance, utility conflicts, drainage improvements, and site-specific constraints to support City Council approval of Phase 2 design. Provided responsive support during construction bidding by addressing RFIs, coordinated closely with City staff throughout project delivery and closeout, and helped strengthen a repeat-client relationship that resulted in continued opportunities for future work.
