Watearth responds to demanding projects requiring high-level understanding of a broad range of concepts within this specialized field. Watearth has the technical capacity to provide permit support for the requirements of NEPA/CEQA, USACE, and Endangered Species Act (ESA). Our experience includes hazardous waste management, Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, restoration, remediation, sampling, IS, and mitigated negative declarations. We write water quality technical studies and chapters of larger EIR-type documents, which include hydrology.

We provide wetland delineation, visual assessments, and soils and geology.

Our design work includes site plans and alternatives; concept and schematic designs; cost estimation and scheduling; utilization of latest design techniques and standards; development of design criteria; permit coordination, review, and approval; monitoring plan development; and utility relocation coordination. We focus on sustainable site design, including LID retrofits as well as water resources design from BMPs to storm drain systems to flood control facilities. Watearth provides both design and construction support services which include facilitation and procurement of permits. We support construction through health and safety planning, and air quality and biological monitoring.
